Please read the minutes of the last meeting (click here to download the Word document, 266KB)  These are reasonably full as I have tried to encapsulate key points from Frances Nelson’s presentation regarding the organisational review and strategic direction for NZEI.

Points to consider between now and our next meeting.

1. Next meeting will be in Balclutha on Friday November 28th. Please ensure that you provide reports at least one week beforehand email to murray.smeaton@nzei.org.nz and please print off and read prior to the meeting or at the very least read and note discussion points. The reports will be available HERE when received. Remember we are trying to reduce both paper and time spent on reports during our meeting.
2. The organisational review discussion document is now available for feedback. Please encourage individuals and networks/ branches to respond to this.
3. Those people who were planning a slot for the November meeting need to contact District Council Chairperson Judy Hinton regarding the agenda and the time allocation for your contribution.
